We shared some of our collective tips and advice on how to be more mindful of your wellbeing at work and at home, that works for us. Click here to read it.
As we work in digital marketing and use a lot of screen time in our day to day work, we included tips on limiting screen time, how to exercise at your desk and what to do with your personal time to enhance your mindfulness.
All of our advice encourages you to look after your own wellness in order to flourish yourself and be able to develop your team. This was a way of passing our gratitude forward by sharing what works for us in our journey as a marketing agency. Our own Pennypop team
We’re a team that works both in the office and remotely, so we thought it would be a good opportunity to be collaborative regardless and take part in similar activities that make us feel good. So each member of our team took some time out of their working day, supported by the business to take part in an exercise activity. This dopamine boost helped to energise us as individuals and we felt good that we’d all done something positive for ourselves, and as a team.
We’ve also signed pledges, with gratitude and kindness in mind. We’re making a commitment to ourselves and as a team that we’ll make an effort to remember our own feelings and consider others in our day contributions to our overall workplace wellbeing.
