The media literacy workshop delivered by Iris was an excellent educational experience for our students, covering critical skills essential for navigating today’s complex information landscape. The session opened with a comprehensive and engaging overview of media literacy, grounded in real-world examples.
The workshop structure — featuring three focused breakout sessions aligned with the key pillars of Stop, Think, and the responsibility inherent in re-sharing information — provided students with the opportunity to engage thoughtfully and analytically with each concept. Through interactive exercises and reflective discussions, students were given the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the importance of critical evaluation and ethical media engagement.
